The formula brief
Why this and why this dose.
Most drugstore multivitamins use the cheapest, least-absorbable forms of every input: cyanocobalamin instead of methylcobalamin, folic acid instead of L-methylfolate, magnesium oxide instead of any chelate. We rebuilt the multi from the ground up using only the active forms — the molecules your body uses directly, no enzymatic conversion required.
Twenty-seven micronutrients, including all eight B-vitamins in their methylated and active forms, chelated minerals for absorption, and a foundational dose of antioxidants. Notable omissions: no calcium (better timed separately), no iron (most adult men and postmenopausal women shouldn't supplement), no copper (we already get plenty from drinking water through copper pipes).
Three capsules a day, split between breakfast and lunch. The B-complex dose is energizing for some people — splitting the serving prevents over-stimulation late in the day.

01 · The protocol
How to take it.
- Split protocol: 2 capsules with breakfast + 1 capsule with lunch (prevents B-vitamin energy crash later in day).
- Take with food — the fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) require dietary fat for absorption.
- Iron intentionally excluded: most adult men and postmenopausal women should not supplement iron. Premenopausal women should add a standalone iron bisglycinate if bloodwork indicates need.
02 · Why this form
Form & sourcing.
The methylated B-forms (methylcobalamin, methylfolate, P-5-P) skip the MTHFR enzymatic conversion that ~40% of the population is partially deficient in. Chelated minerals (the -glycinate, -picolinate forms) cross the gut wall via amino-acid transporters instead of competing with calcium for the cation channel — substantially better absorption.
03 · Stack it
What it pairs with.
Our formulator's most common pairings for this product:
- + Omega-3 — 1400mg EPA + DHA from re-esterified triglyceride form. IFOS five-star purity. Lemon-finished, zero burp.
- + D3 + K2 — 5000 IU cholecalciferol paired with 180mcg MK-7 menaquinone — the calcium-routing duo.
- + Magnesium Glycinate — 400mg elemental magnesium as fully-reacted Albion bisglycinate. Highest-absorption form. Easy on the stomach.
- + B-Complex — All eight B-vitamins in their bioactive, methylated forms. For MTHFR variants and high-energy-demand profiles.
