How to take it.
- Standard protocol: 1 capsule daily, any time of day, with or without food.
- Travel protocol: bump to 2 capsules daily 3 days before and during travel.
- Antibiotic recovery: 1 capsule 3-4 hours after antibiotic dose, continue 14 days after course ends.
- Refrigerate after opening (not required for shelf-stability — extends potency).

Form & sourcing.
Strain-level identification matters: Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG are different organisms with different published evidence. The 'GG' isolate is the one with 30+ years of clinical trial data. DRcaps delivery preserves the bacteria through gastric pH so they actually arrive alive in the small intestine.
