How to take it.

Form & sourcing.
KSM-66 is the only ashwagandha extract with both the bioactive withanolide profile and the published clinical trial volume — over 24 RCTs. Generic 'ashwagandha root powder' has roughly 1% of KSM-66's withanolide content. Bacopa needs the 50% bacosides standardization to deliver the cognitive effect.
