Key actives per serving
The formula brief
Why this and why this dose.
Most commercial sports drinks use sub-clinical sodium doses (~200mg per bottle) because high-sodium products taste salty and don't sell. The athletic-performance literature, however, consistently points to 800-1500mg sodium per liter of fluid replacement during sustained sweating — three to five times what's in the popular brands.
Our stick pack delivers 1000mg sodium chloride, 200mg potassium citrate, and 60mg magnesium bisglycinate per 16-oz serving. Citrate buffered for stomach tolerance. No added sugar — the carb is a separate intra-workout decision, not bundled with hydration.
Single citrus flavor (just enough to mask the salt). Use during sessions over 60 minutes, hot-weather training, sauna protocols, or any morning you wake up cramping or with low blood pressure.

01 · The protocol
How to take it.
- Endurance session: 1 stick per 60-90 min of sustained sweat output.
- Hot-weather training: 1 stick pre-session + 1 per hour.
- Sauna protocol: 1 stick per 30-min sauna block.
- Morning wake-up tonic (low-BP / keto / hangover protocol): 1 stick in 12oz water before breakfast.
02 · Why this form
Form & sourcing.
Sodium chloride vs sodium citrate: chloride is the form lost in sweat (~3000mg sodium chloride per liter at heavy effort). Citrate is added as a buffer for stomach tolerance. Magnesium glycinate avoids the laxative-effect issue of oxide.
03 · Stack it
What it pairs with.
Our formulator's most common pairings for this product:
- + Creatine — 5g micronized Creapure creatine monohydrate. The most-studied performance ingredient ever. Unflavored, mixes clean.
- + Whey Iso 90 — 27g grass-fed whey isolate per scoop. Cross-flow microfiltered. Zero lactose, zero artificial sweeteners.
- + Magnesium Glycinate — 400mg elemental magnesium as fully-reacted Albion bisglycinate. Highest-absorption form. Easy on the stomach.
