Most pre-workouts are 80% caffeine and 20% theater. We separated the two. This formula is the structural performance side — citrulline malate (8g, the dose with the cleanest pump/blood-flow trial data), beta-alanine (3.2g, the daily dose for carnosine saturation), and betaine anhydrous (2.5g, the dose used in power-output trials).

Add your own caffeine — 200mg from coffee, 100mg from a Mateina, whatever you tolerate. Decoupling lets you cycle stimulants independently from the structural ingredients, which actually benefit from continuous saturation.

Note: the beta-alanine paresthesia (skin-tingle) is a known harmless side effect. The tingle is not the effect — it's a histamine-release signal as nerves adapt. Build tolerance over a couple weeks.
